I was extremely frustrated in the process of ordering through Exo. There was no information given that your distribution was going through changes. And then after one email, zero communication. No notices for when items would be shipped. They finally arrived a month later, which I’m thankful for because I love the product. But it makes me extremely cautious to send people your way as a gym owner.
