What got you started: my desire to get into shape.

What is your biggest accomplishment in your sports?
Winning the Crossfit games as a 15 year old in my age category.
What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success?
Counting my macros, training 2x a day.
What would be your ultimate achievement?
To win the Crossfit games as an individual adult competitor and to win a gold medal at the Olympics.
How do you set your goals?
I set my goals based upon my desire to be the best athlete in the world. When I see an opportunity to either show off my skills or prove someone wrong, I always go for it.
What is your biggest challenge, and what do you do to manage this challenge?
Balancing my social life, school, and working out. Sometimes I have to give up going to the gym to finish homework or to go hang out with my friends.
What is your diet like?
I eat a clean version of “If It Fits Your Macros”
What 1-2 things do you believe differentiates you from your contemporaries who have tailed off in their athletic participation and abilities?
My drive to be the best, and my commitment to achieving my goals. Some mornings I would have less than 10 minutes to get ready for school, just because I wanted to wake up and go to Crossfit every morning.

Have you experienced a breakthrough, and if so, what led to it?
Once I moved to a gym that encouraged me and believed in me, started training 2x a day, and counting my macros.
What was the best advice you were ever given?
“You don’t get what you wish for; you get what you work for.”
Do you have a saying or motto that you live your life by?
I try to live my life by the Bible verse, Galatians 6:14. “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.”
Where do you draw your inspiration from?
My desire to be more like God and to lead others to Him.
What is your 5 year vision? (where do you see yourself in 5 years, can be non sports related)
I want to still be competing in Crossfit, I want to be done with college and I want to own a business.
